In essence, i have a great business design that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and site freedom.

Lesson 1 : It’s A Hustler’s Game
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was much more interesting, intriquing, notable and valuable than my days on the streets with all the kids i knew as a kid. You gotta hustle just like you are lacking time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” that i use on myself - is creating a feeling of urgency and gathering i believe the scariest thing that may happen easily don’t get this shit done.
The greater intensity you could have within yourself, your business that pressure drives you to either have a degree of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel for the hustling power.
Back to persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise determines what lengths you go, there is certainly really not a way it is possible to accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x greater than i have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to tell how many times you fail, but i’ll let you know now every single successful entrepreneur we have met have failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more income compared to they usually make…
Hustling needs to be section of your lifetime, i was very blessed yet still am being surrounded by individuals who have advocated me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i had been speaking to a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i remember just hearing him complimenting on my small hustle and i could sense in himself which he believes in what i’m doing. (During those times, i never even met him personally!)

Getting the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing what's right, on the correct time.
Attaining success is not always easy, especially when you might be new and beginning, it takes plenty of dedication, focus, attention and you should be a person that is dependant on self growth. I work Doubly harder on myself, on my small mind then i do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than just the method that you get it done, mindset results in creating a strategic mindset where one can harness your unique ability to create maximum results.
Success is a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly most people will never have it, you may do, cos you are reading my damn post.

After i was a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started on this industry i needed more setbacks than many people, i'd dropped outta university within my final year, friends and family laughing at the fact i would like to get rich working from home…
I immediateley experienced around $40,000 worth of debt as i bought into a $20k network marketing program then went on a rampage of purchasing every-and-any-damn course on the internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold will determine your success since it means you may not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they will.
A 6 figures will be tough. The first 7 figures will probably be tough. Your first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however i use a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. Some of my challenges i face are just so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't even be in a position to understand it, however have a compelling “Why” and a vision that will get me thru the cruel times. Be sure to have your own compelling future which will drive you forward even though you may think all is not exercising.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t make your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does this exist, when i do live events and individuals come up to me, instantly they place me on the pedestal like i’m some perfect guy, one guy even believed to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. What you wear a pedestal is usually likely to be out of reach.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Because folks have some things much better than you, doesn’t mean they may be said to be put on something from this world, they may be still on this planet, and it’s possible for you also. Once i meet immensely successful people i quickly just know if i want what they have, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that entire thing is simply a journey, your trip, my journey, most people are on the journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or a billionaire nevertheless the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, as well as other MLM and it is trying to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you for having the guts to walk into the fierce realm of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m exactly like my amazing maid which comes to my home using a beautiful smile to clean once weekly, i simply do something more important, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i am still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, everything that stuff.
You are always going to become a human, which means you will always possess some shit not work out, for me personally last Six months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m focusing on my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My well being isn't dictated by how much cash i make or perhaps the need to have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the ability to hand back - i would like to start building schools to support orphans, i really do some such things as that, but it’s insufficient i want to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you are one of which this piece of wisdom has been tied to me for a long time.
Provided that I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m in which I have to be.
Money is just one element of one’s life and yes, it’s important - but not the most important, well that’s debatable in accordance with your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Concentrate on gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems that can help you get results within 30-90 days, but not you will be lead longer, so bloody stay with it.
Success isn't something just awaken and get, it’s something you need to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they are afflicted by obligations and so are usually broke and lacking money, that leads to a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to get momentum, but remember we have spent more cash alone education to understand things i do than the inexperienced will most likely earn inside a lifetime.
This really is one of the biggest killers of success and i'm accountable for it too, now i just don’t do anything else if i can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The Art Of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin making lots of money once you get momentum - yes, more cash than you made before….
More cash than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives put together - when you do this, or should i say before you decide to accomplish that, you have to ALWAYS know this….
Always be aware of distinction between Gross, Net and how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone up to $200,000 a month.
It’s scary, initially it is - then you definitely get used to it - and also the only thing that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a great deal about this now.

I'd just found out recently i was spending $30,000 monthly / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff i have absolutely nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
we have no clue why i had been spending that, or the actual way it accumulated to date, after 6 months of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. Forget about.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the point of why i’m in business, however begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now the situation is changing
It accumulates and can be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was first a new and that i had made my first six figures - the first a couple of years the money i'd made,i needed blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) within my Barclays Bank-account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll get this to back plus more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i learn how to market.
Still, one year later used to do like a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i am still studying keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Create a Team Of A-Players & Get Yourself An Accountant
That jogs my memory, on trading of having money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you need to always be looking at your numbers, each day - many times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team provides you with freedom, but additionally a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems when they aren’t the right person of course, if you aren’t the proper kind of person to handle them.
Ultimately Delegation has been among my biggest secrets to success, over a typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.

A growing number of i’m since the net Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal with all this social media marketing stuff, you have the energy to create your own personal tribe (more for the reason that a bit later)
Make use of personality to boost online conversions, to attract well matched people, to cultivate your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor within your marketplace.
Atart exercising . personality - learn who to tell stories, in the event you aren’t funny, then learn to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, if you're boring, learn how to be intriguing and being Thinking about others.
They are all items of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people start and jump out of the profession, well i used to when i taken notice of other people, lol, now i truly don’t much. Attention remains safe and secure so i stay focused on who i want / need to serve.
As a personality online is something i learned from Dan Kennedy a long time ago.
Present with folks is magical, whether its offline or online, practice being PRESENT and in as soon as meaning - leave the damn Facebook and social media marketing and obtain practising being present, the most effective relationships which i have built and continue building is really because i will be always being a TED as opposed to a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom in my experience!)
Give attention to being interesTED in others, than just wanting to be intriguing and lengthy attention, presence and to others whenever you communicate, it’s hard, but very worthwhile, particularly if you get this amazing ego. just FYI
So when you practise finding yourself in the moment with your prospects, clients and students, you go through a deeper amount of empathy that they'll really appreciate. Business grows really fast when investing in this. Lesson 7 : Pigs Don’t Know They Stink & Pigs Don’t Fly Too..
Put around you people you need to be like. This might be probably the most valuable suggestion i ever got, you feel the typical with the 5 people you surround yourself with.
Here is the fastest approach to get the final results you need, right now i have a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing practically for themselves.
I'd like a business like theirs - so i surround myself using them. I wish to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself together.

I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many individuals do that. When i’m alone i'd often walk as much as random strangers, usually elderly people and talk to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they can share with me.
It makes life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t give your mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves with no distractions offers you the opportunity clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, think about this - this website post has taken me like 3 hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, hanging out alone is a beautiful thing not many people understand. I know just because a lot of individuals will always tell me - so why do you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the entire world 90% of the time by myself, i'm able to meet strangers, we have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everybody at any time and so i don’t have to be lonely if i don’t want to.
And incredibly i really like my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, having a notepad- journal - offline, minus the internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, that's where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking comes from, no less than personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s look!)
I am going Mosque as much as i'm able to, sometimes due to my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - in my college accommodation.
However always spend some time in deep prayer.
After i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do spend time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and acquire my mojo on

However, you'll want it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to draw in what you want.
I seriously couldn’t offer a toss what anyone thinks about me, they're doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
But these are simply people and i also appreciate, respect their business and where they are at, however that don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. When you originate from that place where you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of what you are without every one of the “stuff”….

You must develop yourself and also the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as quickly as you, provide them with time, nurture them and help them grow and when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although we have generated huge amount of money within this niche for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more due to hiring the incorrect people. I've experienced a number of anxiety, craziness, worry because of the wrong individuals who i have hired and i’ve hired quite a few.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, instead of just Developing it.
You just gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, i mean i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years having a microscopic team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to get at stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to help you to get to stage 2. This was challenging to get, people will not grow as fast as you, and you've got to be comfortable with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and become inside the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

When i was a newbie and i’d follow these so named Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home businesses etc, it could create so much controversy inside of me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything since i felt what will my pals consider me and what will those big marketers think about me…
I quickly basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do what i want

I value time so much, where i don’t like to waste it on something that doesn’t fulfil me.

I have been each student of the topic 80-20 from the time i had been a newbie on this industry and i will continue being.

Irrrve never is going to be one of those people that says, oh i ought to have spent more time with my family.
